Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, or MBSR, is a thoroughly researched and effectively formulated course in mindfulness training. Developed from a coming together of contemporary neurological scientific research and ancient mind training techniques, it offers a radical and gentle way to begin to undo our habitual mental patterns that can lead to anxiety, stress and unhelpful strategies of avoidance or distraction.
